About the Role
An enthusiastic qualified engineer with a minimum of 3 years Field Service
experience is required to join our team based in Scotland. A dynamic individual
with first class technical and people skills you will provide maintenance services
to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform preventative
maintenance.
• Conduct equipment installations and pre-installation checks.
• Maintain accurate service reports, including time, parts used, and
solutions provided.
• Travel within the assigned area and occasionally nationwide.
About You:
• Minimum 3 years of Field Service experience
• Ideally from a printing background with particular focus on Continuous
Inkjet Technologies, such as Videojet, Markem-Imaje, Linx, etc
• Strong technical skills in software and electrical systems
• Familiarity with label design applications (advantageous)
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused with excellent communication
skills
As this is a field service role, you will start and finish your days at home
